HEWAI is one of the leading Chinese manufactures specialezed in integrated plastic piping system, we provide integrated system solutions to benefit all partners and end user consumers.

We are mainly export and poroduce PEX pipe, PERT pipe, PPR pipe, EVOH PEX/PERT oxygen barrier pipe, PEX-Al-PEX pipe, PE-AL-PE Gas pipe, PERT-AL-PERT pipe.

Our products are widely used in floor heating, water supply, gas, air-condition, solar, heating& Cooling system etc.

With the growing market demand, HEWAI invest and build a new plant with all production lines upgraded to the most advanced high-speed extrusion equipments, which can produce 10, 000meters per day. HEWAI invest a new morden factory in Anhui in 2021, covers an area of 25000 square meters. With automatic high speed 25 lines for overlapped ultrasonic welding and butt welding PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe, 60 CNC machines and 4 forging machines.

We have a strict quality control management from raw material to finished products, only select highest quality raw material suppliers such as Dow, Mitsui Chemicals, SK, LG, BORELEALIS, Lyondellbasell, Kuraray, Hyundai, etc., we have a constant online monitory on all production parameters, and when finally produced there's consist monitory and testing on our on- site labs, that make sure only the best pipes leave the factory.

HEWAI is one of the only Chinese manufacturers that produces in-house both the PEX and multilayer pipes and their fittings. This let us offer a full guarantee for the complete system, which is an important advantage for our clients.

The systems manufactured by HEWAI are the following:

· PEX-a pipes (Cross-linked polyethylene pipes produced by the peroxide method). (with EVOH oxygen barrier)

· PEX-b pipes (Cross-linked polyethylene pipes produced by the silane method). (with EVOH oxygen barrier)

· PERT pipes (with EVOH oxygen barrier)

· Multilayer PEX pipes: PE-AL-PE, PE-AL-PEXa, PEXb-AL-PEXb, PEXc-AL-PEXc

· Multilayer PERT-Al-PERT pipes.: PERT-AL-PERT

· Sliding sleeve fittings for PEX pipes

· Sliding sleeve fittings for multilayer pipes
